The rewind floor

Daylight comes from high windows. The bench is steel. Nothing is quoted from a photograph alone — we want the motor, or a clear nameplate and the fault.

Varnish needs its cure. A same-day rewind is a story we do not tell. If the line is down, say so and we will tell you the honest hour, not a hopeful one.
